I am the administrator. I've done this before and it worked. Now you can not suddenly an anti-spyware on my PC.

The virus in your computer is probably not the kind of struggle against espionage ...
this is probably a virus blocking anti-spyware, or probably something else, I do not know.
Perhaps your window is pirated, and the window does not support anti-spyware software .....
